The Assault Rifle should quickly find its way to your arsenal

In Homefront: The Revolution, you can find a whole range of weapons, which will help you in combat with Koreans. To be able to buy a new weapon, you have to get to a shop. The game's world has two shops. The former is the main armory of the resistance, led by Sidney, which can be found in the main resistance outpost in the abandoned metro tunnels (you are here after the mission "Welcome to the resistance" (Warning! Armories can be found in KPA zones. You don't have to return to the metro every time.) The latter shop, or shops, are the weapon lockers, scattered around the game's world. To have an access to such locker, you need to create an operational base through capturing a strategic place from the Koreans in the given area of the city.

The shops have two types of currency. One of them is ordinary dollars, which are received for plot missions and additional tasks, or can be found by dead soldiers. Every "trash" gathered during the exploration of the town, can be sold for dollars in the shops, making it a good source of income.

KPA technology points (red icon) is the second type of currency. Using it, you can buy various weapon upgrades or equipment, which will help you during combat. Technology points are gained through missions containing the strike points, and by capturing strike points in the Korean zones.

Pistol

Pistol is a basic weapon, which becomes available during the mission "Welcome to the resistance". Available upgrades: Machine gun, Pneumatic pistol.

Crossbow

Crossbow is a weapon which allows to eliminate enemies quietly(850$). Available upgrades: Blunderbuss, Flamethrower.

Assault rifle

The assault rifle should be your main weapon. Its damage is higher than the submachine guns (500$). Available variants: Light Machine Gun, Limpet Mine Launcher

Pump Action Shotgun

Shotgun is an additional weapon, which can deal with armored enemies (600$). Available variants: Full Auto Shotgun, Inferno Launcher

Battle Rifle

The Battle Rifle is a distance weapon (675$). The most important variant of this weapon is the Bolt Action rifle, which allows for eliminating enemies from the distance. The second variant is the Freedom Launcher.

RPG Launcher

RPG Launcher is useful during combat with armored KPA units. It's firepower is enough to get rid of any opponent. The launcher becomes available during the mission "Zero hour"

Molotov cocktail

Thrown incendiary, "Molotov Cocktail" is a great tool for eliminating enemy soldiers. It deals damage over time, so use it wisely. Available upgrades: Proximity Incendiary, Remote Incendiary, and RC Car Incendiary. You will receive it during the "In at the deep end" mission.

Pipe bomb

Pipebomb is a standard throwable weapon, which will destroy the enemy armored vehicles. Available variants are: Proximity explosive, remote explosive and the RC car explosive. You will receive the pipe bomb in "Going AWOL"

Thrown hack

Hacking device is a standard equipment of every resistance member. Using it, you can hack various doors or drones in yellow KPA zone. You will receive it during "A Man of Peace" mission.

Thrown distraction

A thrown sabotage item is a fancy name for ordinary firecrackers. Using them, you will distract soldiers, drones and KPA zeppelins, allowing you to freely infiltrate the yellow KPA zones. You will receive them during "A City in Chains" mission.

Holographic sight

Holographic sight allows for increased accuracy and range of view for machine guns and sub-machine guns. Cost: 300$

Muzzle brake

Muzzle brake is an addon which increases the stopping power of a weapon, at the expense of accuracy. Very useful with sniper rifles. Cost: 350$

Bipod

Bipod is a standard equipment of every sniper. Thanks to it, you will increase accuracy, and decrease recoil. Cost of the attachment: 450$

Reflex sight

Reflex sight increases the range and improves accuracy. In contrast to the holographic sight or sniper scope, doesn't decrease the field of vision. Cost of the attachment: 500$

4x Sight

4x Sight allows for combat on medium distances with the assault rifle. Cost of the attachment: 500$

Laser sight

Thanks to the laser sight, you will be extremely accurate while shooting the enemy's weak points. Cost of the attachment: 600$

Sniper scope

The Sniper Scope has the biggest range, and is a must-have equipment for every sniper. Thanks to it, you will eliminate enemies from a very long distance. Cost: 600$

Foregrip

Foregrip increases stability and accuracy of carbines. Cost of the attachment: 750$

Silencer

The silencer is the equipment of every spy, who wants to take over strategic outposts in zones without causing an alarm. This attachment is available only for pistols. Cost: 1000$

Kneepads

Kneepads are the equipment which will make you move faster while crouching. Your slides will also be longer. Cost: 500$

Lightweight Boots

Thanks to the Lightweight Boots, your steps will be 50% more silent. Great equipment for spies infiltrating the enemy's outposts. Cost: 750$

Pickpocket

This item allows for an automatic search of an enemy after a silent execution. Cost: 750$

Backpack Capacity Increase

The item allows for an increased backpack capacity. With it, you can take two times more items. Cost: 1000$

Mag Pouch Bungee Cover

Mag Pouch Bungee Cover lowers the time needed for weapon reload. Cost: 1200$

Camouflage Hoodie

Camouflage Hoodie makes you blend with the environment. The enemy needs more time to notice you, when you are not moving. Cost: 1250$

Stacked Mag Pouch

Stacked Mag Pouch increases the maximal amount of ammo for each weapon. Cost: 1250$

Medical Pouch

Medical Pouch allows for increased number of med kits. Cost: 1500$

Lightweight Strapping

Lightweight Strappings do not hamper your movements, which directly translates to movement speed. Cost: 2000$

Composite Syringe

The Composite Syringe lowers the healing time by 50%. Cost: 2000$

Tactical Vest

The Tactical West is an item, which reduces the damage taken by 25%. Cost: 5000$
