Every event is divided into a few segments. Each one of them is concluded with a star. When you've received enough points for a star, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery will offer you three rewards. You need to choose one of them. Remember that during the event you can gain points by interacting with items and characters. As a result, you'll quickly gain a lot of money and points.

Gaining a reward

The first requirement is gaining enough points for a star. The points can be acquired by taking part in interactions with characters and items. You'll often need to click on the given object more than a few times to score the required amount of points.

You'll receive a list of rewards after reaching a star. When you've chosen your reward, you need to complete a task to gain it. This task involves performing a spell or answering a question from the professor. The questions are simple and most of the time involve the material which you've studied during the lesson.

Choosing the reward

The rewards are varied. You can get energy points, coins, gems, or ability points. Considering that completing tasks yields money, always choose ability points. If you are left with 15 empathy points, 100 coins, and 5 knowledge points, choose empathy. This approach will enable you to develop your character.
