On this page of the Halo Infinite guide you can view locations and list of collectibles found during Foundations story mission, which is a part of Ringfall chapter of the story. This page will help you find 100% of collectibles in mission 2, including a Skull, UNSC, and Banished Audio Logs.
Note - secrets are listed in the order of their unlocking. Make sure to collect them right as they appear, as the game won't allow you to return to the previous areas most of the time.

Secrets list
There are 4 secrets to discover in Mission 2 (Foundations)

Skull - Cowbell
A secret that you'll find soonafter finding The Weapon and placing an AI chip in Master Chief's armor.
As you make your way, you will notice running ghosts and will reach the big window (see screen). You have to turn left here.
In the next area, deal with the opponents, but don't go any further. Look up and use your scanner to locate the well-hidden skull - we highlighted it in the screen.
Use the Grapplehook on the pillars to climb them to the top. This requires considerable precision. Remember that you can also use the Grapple mid-air. Of course, you risk falling down.
You should ultimately climb to the shelf shown in picture 1. After pulling yourself up one more time, you will find yourself next to the skull as in picture 2.
The skull increases acceleration from explosions.
UNSC Audio Log - The Question
This recording is automatically obtained during the passage of the mission, specifically after using the console from the above image.
Banished Audio Log - Cylix
You can find the audio log shortly after you watch one of The Weapon cut-scenes and receive the objective to return to the surface.
You have to go through a larger room in which you'll encounter e.g. enemies using a stationary cannon.
When you reach the exit from the said room, the audio recording is to the left of the door. Missing this one is almost impossible.
UNSC Audio Log - Not My Fault
The recording is obtainable at the end of the mission, specifically when attempting to start the elevator. During the search for an energy source you will visit the room from the screenshot above.
The audio log is to the left of the large slot with the desired power seed.
