The plot of Gotham Knights is based on main quests and additional challenges and activities, but only mission execution is required to complete the game. The missions are short and collected into chapters.

Batman's Last Case

1. Kirk Langstrom - the game begins with the death of Langstorm and the investigation of the crime scene.
2. The Langstrom Drive - as part of this mission, you will explore the police station in stealth.
3. Weird Science - this quest will unlock the possibility of upgrading Knighthood - additional challenges that will unlock new skills.
4. Blackgate Blues - after visiting the prison, you will unlock a new story chapter dedicated to Harley Quinn.

The Rabbit Hole

1. AKA Oswald Cobblepot - in this quest you will visit Penguin to start an alliance.
2. The Powers Club - a short quest in which you infiltrate the Court of Owls.

Other chapters

1. In the Shadows - visit the Chelsea Tunnel and learn the secrets of the Talons.
2. The Masquerade - a quest in which you infiltrate the Orchard Hotel and face the League of Shadows.
3. The Court of Owls - you will learn the secrets of the Court of Owls.
4. Jacob Kane - new enemies and many fights in the basement of Jacob Kane's building.
5. The League of Shadows - find out what Talia al Ghul and the League of Shadows are up to.
6. Head of the Demon - the final fights with Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul.

Villains chapters

1. Mr. Freeze - in this chapter you encounter Mr. Freeze and his army to end the storyline with two battles with the boss.
2. Harley Quinn - a short chapter in which your task is to imprison Harley Quinn.
3. Clayface - Clayface plan to go back to Gotham and you have to stop him.

Can you play the game after completing the story?

If you are concerned about losing all your progress after completing the last story mission, don't worry - the gameplay does not end after the end of the story quests. After watching the end credits, you'll still be able to complete challenges and explore the world. In addition, you can repeat quests in co-op mode.
