The collectible can be found by this skeleton.

At the very beginning of the chapter you can immediately find the only collectable available here. Move forwards at the start and when you see a large cogwheel, continue on to find the remains of a soldier nearby. You can take his dog tag.

The storm can be your ally. Destroy the yellow objects to gain an advantage.

After you reach a cutscene you have to run from a Windflare. Press Space and run as quickly as you can to the servicing station. During your escape, you will of course have to kill any enemies that are standing in your way. It is worth it to look around for yellow destructible elements, which, if blown away by the wind, can help you in your fight against the Swarm.

At the end you will have to avoid the lightning bolts. On the "Normal" difficulty level one bolt will not be enough to kill you, but it is best to avoid them anyways. After you reach the tower, the act will end.
