This page of The Forgotten City guide describes where to find the graffiti. This will allow you to unlock the Avid Reader achievement. You must read 10 graffiti, while there are 16 in the city.

1st graffiti

Location in the city: tavern.

To see this inscription, just approach the wall, right next to the table and shelves with vases. It is good to use a flashlight, the inscriptions then become more visible.

2nd graffiti

Location in the city: tavern.

You'll see this inscription right at the entrance. Just look to the right, in front of the bar. There's graffiti on the damaged wall.

3rd graffiti

Location in the city: tavern.

On the ground floor, on the left side, there is a small room. There, on the wall above the bed, you will see a very eloquent inscription. This graffiti will appear a few more times.

4th graffiti

Location in the city: the cave behind the tavern.

Just pass the rooms and enter the cave, located on the left side of the room. You will immediately see the inscription on the cracked wall, right next to the golden figure.

5th graffiti

In the cave, take the stairs to the top, then go left and straight to the very end. You will come across a small wooden room where you will see graffiti on the wall.

6th graffiti

Location in the city: stairs in front of the theater.

This is a place that you will pass many times during the game. You can notice it on the first pass with Galerius, when he shows you around the city.

7th graffiti

Location in the city: the cave behind the theater.

Behind the theater, there is a large cave. Just go along the rocks until you reach the place shown in the screenshot above. On the wall, to the left of the door, you'll see graffiti.

8th graffiti

Location in the city: between Fabia's and Desius' shops.

It's part of the wall between the two stores. Often there is one of the dealers, who can attract your attention.

9th graffiti

Location in the city: on the wall of Vergil's store.

That's the graffiti you'll see on the wall of one of the stores. It is possible that Vergil will try to clean them (he will not succeed, so you do not have to worry).

There's a public restroom right behind Vergil's store. There's graffiti on the right wall, and you can associate the graffiti with one of the signs you saw in the tavern.

11th graffiti

12th graffiti

Before the bathhouse (the place where you meet the killer) turn left. There's a little graffiti on the wall that you need to examine.

13th graffiti

To see this graffiti, you have to go inside the theater, and then examine the wall between the trees.

14th graffiti

Location in the city: Patrician's plaza.

That's the graffiti you'll find on the steps to Malleolus' villa. I'm sure there will be two soldiers in the area who can start a conversation with you.

15th graffiti

Location in the city: Great Temple.

You'll find graffiti on the temple wall, right between the columns. This is where you can meet Octavia and Ulpius.

16th graffiti

Location in the city: Great Temple.

This inscription is easy to notice. Octavia tries to erase it when you meet her for the first time.
