Chest
If you take the short route and you are not interested in the Golden Bow, go to one of the buildings near the city's entrance. You may remember him from your first visit to this strange place. This is where the woman invited you the first time you followed Galerius.
After entering the building, you will reach the stairs. Go up and then turn left. You'll reach the room with a chest. You will find the key. Pick it up and go to Lucretia.
Lucretia
Then it's time to see the doctor. She will either be in the building where you've already seen her, or right in front of it. You need to direct the conversation in a specific way to get Willow Bark. You have to choose: "I figured out how to treat rheumatism...".
Rufius
To complete the task, you must find Rufius. It should be marked on the map. You will find it in two places: near the gardens or on the stairs, near the temple.
When you talk to him, just give him a cure for his rheumatism "About your rheumatism...". You'll complete the mission.
