Manager style (attributes)
When creating a new manager profile, you'll be able to assign attribute points in two areas - coaching or mental attributes. The first of these relate to your coaching ability, such as your understanding of tactics, or training attack or defense. The second involves mental attributes, such as knowledge of motivational techniques, the ability to manage the team, etc. It should be mentioned that the ability to adapt is only useful when you plan to change currently controlled team. You can freely subtract from one column and add to a different one, but only within the given area. Points deducted from one area cannot be added to other areas.
