Go left after entering, then jump down twice. When you stand more or less in the middle of the grotto, you will see a claw point. Destroy the ice on it (for example, with an arrow) and swing to the other side.

When the path leads upwards (near a larger "lake") turn left and get through a narrow corridor leading straight to a place where you will find the Hand.

Before you go, remember to take some rare yellow leaves to craft the antidote. The path inside the cave is rather linear, just follow the footprints. Be careful not to fall down because you might get poisoned. After a short walk, you will reach the place shown in the screenshot. Use the claw and descend to a lower level.

Use the antidote and go forward a bit - you will find the collectible on the ground.

You won't have any trouble finding the Daysha Hand right after entering the larger room of the flooded cave. Cross to its other side, where you can climb up the vines. Turn right and jump to the next ledge, where you can find the collectible.

To get here, when you reach the mountains, turn a bit to the west and look for an attach point. Climb up the mountain, then do it again a bit further. You will cross a fallen tree - locate a point where you can use the claw again.

When you reach the top, the collectible will be on your right, on the rock massif.

On the way to the cave. To find it, you need to use the claw twice and climb up to the top. Turn left from the entrance and you will find a claw point - climb down and go around the rock.
