A fight between two tribes is one of the random events.

Random events will often occur as you roam Oros. Usually, they take place right after you use fast travel, so if you try to complete them, it's one of the best way to find them. The random event will be shown on the map when you get close.

Free the captured Wenja and they will join your village.

Winning them is really easy, sometimes they are worth completing as you pass. For completing such an event, you will receive various rewards - experience, resources or new villagers. The tasks are repetitive with only a few types of them. They might concern, for example, rescuing hostages, scaring wild animals, performing an assassination or helping someone fight. They are optional, but it's an easy way of increasing the village's population, especially since they only take a few minutes of your time.
