The Grapple is an element well known in the Far Cry series. This handy device also appears in Far Cry: New Dawn - it will allow you to get to otherwise inaccessible places. However, the Grapple is not available from the beginning of the game. Hence, the following section of the guide addresses the question of how to get the Grapple.
How do I unlock the Grapple?
To unlock the Grapple, you must buy a talent called Grapple - rather self-explanatory so far. It costs two talent points, so you can get it right from the start of the game. Just complete the challenge of killing five enemies with a saw launcher, pistol or a melee weapon.

How to use the Grapple?
Once you have purchased the Grapple skill, you can look for the anchor icon in different parts of the world - usually inaccessible towers or roofs. You only need to get closer to the place, and with the button on the screen, you will be able to hook up the Grapple. This way you'll be able to pull yourself up to a certain location - you'll often find various types of prey there, or you'll simply take on an advantageous position in the fight against your enemies.
