On this page of the Far Cry 6 game guide, you will find a walkthrough of the operation Fly Ball, one of the main missions in the Madrugada region. Find the baseball pitching machine
You should receive this mission shortly after completing the Diesel Daisy operation - you will be contacted by Philly again.
The mission objective marker will lead you to a baseball field. Don't hurry to get there because you can run into traps on the baseball field periphery (an example is shown in the picture), and there are soldiers on the field.
Investigate the commentator booth adjacent to the tribune. You will find Verdera Diamond Storage Keycard in it.
With the keycard, reach the small storage room adjacent to the field and use it to open the door. Inside, you will find the baseball pitching machine.
Find a military plane for Philly
You have various options for obtaining the military plane, the easiest being to go to one of the runways in Madrugada - in the example in the picture, it is the runway south of Tobacco Valley.
There must be no more active anti-aircraft guns in the area - otherwise, they can shoot you down during the flight. You can explore the place on your own or (better idea) talk to the NPCs with an exclamation mark, which will inform you about active AA guns in the area. Once you know the location of the gun (or guns), approach it and use any explosives to destroy it.
The runway is guarded by enemy soldiers, although eliminating them all is not mandatory. It is best to deal with those standing directly on the lane to avoid colliding with them or being shot.
Get toa military plane, take a seat in its cabin and fly up.
Deliver the plane to Philly
The objective will appear on the map, and it is best to fly there in a straight line and at a higher altitude to avoid potential complications.
You have to land on the runway. After you spot it in the distance, start slowly lowering the plane (but not too much, so you don't hit the trees!), and you can also reduce speed a bit.
Carefully land on the runway, and after a successful landing, slowly drive the plane to the marked hangar. Driving the plane into the hangar will trigger a cutscene and end the operation.
