On this page of the Elex 2 guide, you will find a walkthrough of the Glory to the Rabble quest. You will receive this quest the first time you meet Hector in the upper part of the Crater. The quest does not have a specific course - you need to join the Berserkers or Morkon factions and then the Outlaws to complete it.

How to join the Outlaws?

You complete the quest after joining the Outlaw faction. To do this, you have to join the Berserkers or Morkons first. You will join the Berserkers during the Berserker's Trust quest or Morkons during the Morkon Values quest. Then the story of the chosen faction will start.

In the case of Morkons, you have to take Ravaac's path in Bahadur's Right Hand quest. And if you've chosen the Berserkers, take the Claws side in the On the Road to Becoming a Paladin quest. After reaching level 30, you will be able to join the Outlaws and thus complete the Glory to the Rabble mission.
