To unlock this quest, you need to wait until Acolyte contacts Crane after you complete the An Unfinished Story plot mission. You will learn that he cannot reach Atilla. Return to Atilla's Mansion. Head to the room where you used to meet him. You will find Atilla's Letter on the door.

You will find Atilla's body near the altar in the cave.

Now, head to the basement and use the ladder to reach the cave under Atilla's Mansion. Look for an altar near which you will find Atilla's body. Turn his body over. Take the Mask that you found during the previous quest. Once more, go upstairs, to Atilla's room. You need to find a Book lying on a large wooden table. Take it with you and head to Jasir's Farm. Give both the items to Jasir and you will complete the quest, as well as The Gathering mission, which was in your quest log for some time.
