In order to unlock this side mission, you will have to wait while traversing the world near the Dam until the Radio Boy contacts crane via the radio, asking you to help him get out of the hole he fell into. Head towards the shipping company warehouse marked on the map - the exact location can be seen on the above screenshot (it's right next to the racetrack).

There are several ways to enter the shipping company grounds, such as jumping over the gate, or by going through the hole in the wall. You must reach the roof of the warehouse (by jumping from the trailer of the truck, for instance) and locate the shutter through which Crane will be able to enter the building. You must get to the lower level - simply jump on the blue bags. Locate the white gate that can be moved and interact with it. Afterwards, squeeze between the crates and enter the further part of the warehouse. Locate the altar-like object and collect the Toy Sword from it. After the conversation with the kids ends, an encounter with a mini-boss, the Demolisher, will begin.

The Demolisher has access to the same attacks like the "typical" mutants you encounter throughout the game - he uses swings and charges in melee range, and will try to hit you with pieces of concrete from a distance (you can avoid them by either side-jumping, or by hiding behind cover). The boss can be dealt with in various ways. If you want to keep him at bay and focus on ranged attacks, use explosives - fragmentation grenades, as well as exploding shurikens and bolts. You should rely on firearms only when the boss loses at least a few of fragments of his armor - use a rifle to attack him from a long distance, or a shotgun if you prefer to attack from medium range.

The Demolisher can be defeat with a melee weapon as well, however you will first need to deprive him of at least a single part of his armor. The best part to focus on is his headgear, which can be blown off with special bolts and / or throwing stars. When the boss' head becomes exposed, wait for him to throw a chunk of concrete at you, avoid the attack and quickly run up to him - perform 1 or 2 quick attacks and jump back. Rinse and repeat until you completely deplete the boss' health bar, displayed on the top of the screen.

Afterwards, examine the body of the Demolisher to collect the Key. Reach the final section of the warehouse and examine the two corpses you stumble upon here - one of them will have an ID (Missing Person - ID). Use the key you've acquired from the boss to open the nearby door, climb up the ladder and jump to the ledge. You should now be on the top balconies, where the boys from the warehouse gathered all the personal things of the victims of the Demolisher. The mission will be completed - leave the warehouse through the hole in the roof.
