To find the rune, start moving straight ahead from the entrance of the map. A passageway will open up after the battle - use it to reach the rune.
To reach this battery, you need to take the elevator to the lower floor and head in the opposite direction of that indicated by the story mission. When you jump over at the end of the road, you'll find the secret.
You will find the map by going to the end of the room, right behind the trap door. Under the closed passage there will be an automap station that can be used to reveal the entire map of this location.
You'll get to that secret by jumping on a few columns. You don't have to be afraid to die - if you fall to the very bottom you just have to repeat the whole sequence from the beginning.
BFG - 10000
You will reach this note by completing the story mission. You have to jump on the columns to reach the upper floor and then turn left.
Toy Figure - Prowler
You will find the toy by going to the story point. Take the elevator up and instead of going to the control panel, turn right and walk to the end of the corridor. You fill find another secret there.
After you descend to the lower floor, you will have to jump into the hole in the wall. Use dash and double jump to do so.
You will find the rune by going to the mission point. You just have to follow the corridor.
Cheat code - Onslaught
This is another secret that can be found as you make progress in the story mission. Just jump up to a higher level and instead of going straight ahead, look behind you. There you will find a floppy disk with a cheat code.
To get to that secret you have to go through the ventilation shaft. To enter it, jump on the box shown in the screenshot.
Album - Doom 64 - Intro
To get to the album you have to go through the ventilation shaft and then jump to the next shaft by using the pipes.
Toy Figure - Carcass
To get this figurine you have to get to the upper floor and then look behind the metal column.
To collect this secret you must perform perfect jumps between several levitating rocks.
You have to jump onto a few levitating rocks to get to this sentinel battery.
Album - Quake Champions - Goroth
To get the album you have to enter the ventilation shaft, then jump out of it and smash the wall in flight. This way, you will immediately get the secret.
If you fall, you will have to repeat the entire sequence from the beginning.
Toy Figure - Pinky
To get this toy you have to jump into a hole in the floor, then smash the wall, and then jump to the upper floor. The entire path is fairly easy and clear, so it shouldn't cause any problems.
You'll get the battery as soon as you get out of the building. Just jump on the lower floor and turn right.
The Lost City of Hebeth
Even though this note is not hidden, it's pretty easy to miss it. Focus on the right wall and you will notice the moving object.
You'll find another secret by following the straight path. Go left and check the wall.
Extra life (1-up)
You will find the first extra life on the battlefield. You can collect it by running away from your opponents. Jump off the one part of the map, and use a double jump in order to get to the next metal ledge.
You will find another extra life next to the closed door.
To gain another extra life, go through the ventilation shaft and jump on an unused elevator. You can get out of there by smashing the wall.
Another extra life is on a platform far away from other platforms. You have to make a perfect jump to get there.
Once you crossed through the levitating rocks, you will reach a stable platform. However, in order to gain 1-up extra life you have to jump on the climbing wall and cover the distance with jumps.
You can get the last extra life before the end of the map. Make a few jumps to get it.
