Why can't I explore it whole?

You open the Fortress of Doom as you progress through the story. After completing each mission, you will unlock more and more parts of this place. This way you can constantly explore it.

The deeper you are in the story, the more you unlock. In the Fortress of Doom, you will find enteartainment center, a selection of missions, expert levels, equipment stations, sentry batteries, and frames.

Enteartainment

In the enteartainment center, you can hone your skills, test new weapons and various configurations.

How to unlock- completion of the second story mission.

Location - the Enteartainment center is located directly under the Slayer room. To get to it, you need to use the Elevator.

Mission Selection

You can use this console to go back to previously completed levels. This is a great opportunity to collect missed secrets.
