The following page of the Disgaea RPG game guide contains the most important information about the shop in the game. We explain the interface, real money payments and customer ranking. You will also read here how to get lottery tickets.

Ranking
You can increase your customer ranking by purchasing the relevant bills in Facilities - Dark Assembly. The Dark Assembly object will be unlocked when completing the main missions, available in dimension gate - main story, chapter 1, Episode 1. Ranking bills will be added to the dark assembly as the main storyline progresses.
A higher customer ranking ensures better equipment items in the equipment tab.
Paid Nether Quartz and item packs
In the Nether Quartz tab you will find offers to buy regular (free) Nether Quartz and Paid Nether Quartz. Paid Nether Quartz pieces are needed to summon new heroes with paid banners in Summon. Each set contains a certain amount of gems. Some kits can only be purchased once.
In the item pack tab you will buy packs of items, also for real money. There you will find, among other things, kits containing Paid Nether Quartz along with Skip Coupons, and even special tickets to summon 4-star characters! There are daily, weekly or monthly limits on the purchase of certain packages.
Items
In the tab Items - Nether Quartz, you will find items to buy with gems. You will find the number of Nether Quartz jewels in the upper right corner.
Here, you cam buy:
- Subdue ticket - ticket for automatic taming the Innocent in Item World.
- Gem Buffet Pack - gems necessary for reincarnation of the character in Mao's Lab.
- AP potions - potions renewing action points.
- Gate Key - keys to open the gates in Dark Gates.
- Crab Miso - this item can be used to bribe senators in Dark Assembly and Innocents in Item World.
There are daily limits on the purchase of certain packages.
In the Items - HL tab you will find items to buy with HL coins. The amount of coins you have is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.
Here, you cam buy:
- AP potions - potions renewing action points.
- Golden Candy - items used to bribe senators in Dark Assembly.
- Gold Bar - items used to bribe senators in Dark Assembly and Innocents in item world.
- DG Skip Coupon - a coupon for skipping battles in Dark Gates.
There is a daily limit on the purchase of these items.

Equipment
In the equipment tab, you can select which weapons and armor you want to use. We recommend buying only rare or Legendary items.
Clicking on the selected item will open a window with its full statistics. Click the green refresh icon to refresh the equipment list. You can refresh the list for free 5 times a day. For the next refresh, you will have to pay with nether quartz gems.
Selling items
In the Sell tab, you will only sell pieces of your equipment. When you select the item you want to sell, the transaction price appears below the list. After selecting all the items you want to get rid of, click on the red sell icon.
You can filter the list of your equipment according to your preferences by clicking on the green Sort icon.
Additional slots
In the store you can also buy additional slots for Character List, Equipment List and Innocent List. For each purchase of 5 slots you will pay 50 nether quartz.
Lottery
For every 10 purchases from the shop, you receive a lottery ticket. When you click Challenge Lottery, a window will open with a list of prizes to win. Click anywhere on the screen to use your ticket and take part in the lottery.
