From this page of the guide to Deep Rock Galactic you will learn how to successfully go through the evacuation, that is, the ending of the Industrial Sabotage mission.
Once you have the Data Rack, you can initiate the evacuation process by pressing the red button on the M. U. L. E. robot. Importantly, enemies will keep attacking you all the time during the evacuation.
After killing the boss, the Data Vault will open and you will be able to take the Data Rack from it, and deposit it in the M. U. L. E. When the evacuation starts, players will have exactly 5 minutes to reach the evacuation point, enter the pod and escape.
