You need to wait for the moment when Deacon decides to go to Lost Lake and get a medicine for Boozer. This trip is part of No One Saw It Coming main mission. Unlike the previous two camps, Deacon won't be able to enter the camp right away - the protagonist and Iron Mike aren't in good relations with each other.
