Intel data are on the helicopter on the mountainside. To get to it, you need to jump over the abyss on a motorcycle. Use the acceleration and if you have - a nitro boost. You will also find a NERO chest.

The secret is the yellow leaflet lying on the street which is very easy to miss.

From the square in the north, travel to the cave and stay on the left side to reach its end. There is a voice recorder with recording - you will find it next to the white NERO box.

In the place indicated on the map (on the border of the map), you will find the entrance to the mine. The recorder is inside, along with the NERO box. Be careful - the Horde may be waiting inside.
