Gluttony - is one of the duties of the boss, with which you have to face in Darksiders 3. The battle with Gluttony is divided into two phases - the first one takes place indoors and the second one underwater. Below you will find all the relevant information that will help you to fight and win against Gluttony.
Opening phase
As soon as you appear in the room, Gluttony will start attacking you with the sweeping movements of his tentacles. Stick to the wall and wait until the tentacle hits the ground - then you can make your first attack. The tentacle attack will be repeated several times throughout the duel, so watch out.
How to deal damage?
Only blows directed to the place where the Boss is located will have the expected effect. Hitting the tentacle or its base will not inflict any damage on the Boss.
Poison bombs
From time to time, Gluttony will start firing poisonous bombs that remain in the arena for some time. As soon as you step into a bomb, you will take damage. Try to avoid green spots on the floor.
Gluttony tries to eat your character
When Gluttony begins to draw in air, your character will be sucked into his jaws. In such a situation you must run or execute short dashes in the opposite direction. When Gluttony succeeds in consuming Fury, you will lose about 3/4 of your health points.
Underwater battle
During the underwater phase of the battle, you must lure an underwater bomb and then swim with it in the middle of the arena until Gluttony sucks it in. While swimming, you must avoid tentacle and jaw attacks.
