The Woman In Red Dress is an investigation during which you will learn more about Tatiana. You need to learn 3 facts, which are discovered with the help of 4 clues (you do not need to find them all). All of them are related to story quests. Their locations are:

  1. At the very end of the Black Stalker quest, you will pick up bone fragments that are a clue in the investigation;
  2. During the Chain Reaction mission, you will be sent to prison. There's a locked cell. If you have a lockpick, then, after recovering the equipment, return to the undergrounds and open the room with the clue;
  3. During the Kidnap Kozlov quest, you will confront the general. There's a computer behind him. If you kill the man, you will be able to take the clue right away. Once you've kidnapped the man, you will need to go back;
  4. At the end of the Excuse mission, you will confront Semenov. The clue is on the computer behind the scientist.
