Recruit Sashko is a mission during which you will be able to get a new companion for your team. This page of our guide to Chernobylite has a walkthrough for this quest.

Walkthrough
At some point, Sashko will contact you over the radio - he wants to meet with you. If you decide to fulfill his request, your next stop will be to visit Pripyat Port.
Upon arrival, head to the small building with broken stained-glass windows - the one located next to the starting place. Get there and face a Shadow group stationing in the vicinity of the building.
Next, use the steel structures located at the entrance. Thanks to them, you will get to the roof. You will find a message from Sashko.
Your next objective is to go to the hospital. When you get closer to the building, use the surrounding vegetation to sneak around. Otherwise you will be spotted by a soldier standing above the entrance.
Get inside the building and perform a stealth takedown on the soldiers patrolling the ground floor. Head to the stairwell and reach the top of the stairs.
Once you reach the highest available floor, go out into the corridor and find a room with a ramp. Thanks to this, you will be able to get to the next hospital wing.
In this corridor you will find a destroyed staircase. Use it to get to the next floor.
Then use the staircase that will take you to the floor where Sashko is. After a short conversation, he will ask you to jump out of the window - don't be afraid, the fall will be softened.
Finally, talk to Sashko again. You can now join him to your team.
