Propaganda Poster
You will find the first memento on the Liberation map during the Search for Officer Fischer mission.
Head to the passage shown in the picture above after you enter the building. Afterwards, turn right into the first accessible corridor.
You will find the entrance to the toilet here.
You will find the Propaganda Poster memento in the last cabin.
Liquor Bottle
You can acquire the next memento during the Place explosives on the North Gate objective.
Head to the balcony shown in the picture and kill the soldier stationed there, then enter the building.
Take the stairs down.
Go towards the exit visible in the picture.
Pass by the car, approach the door and open it.
After entering, head to the right instantly and take the stairs up to the first floor.
You will find the Liquor Bottle memento in a room ahead of the stairs. The memento is located on the right side of said room.
German Medal
You will find the final memento during the Assault the Garrison task.
Go to the left side of the plaza in regard to the building shown on the screen.
You will find the German Medal memento on one of the tables.
