At the very beginning of the mission, go to the edge of the cliff and use the binoculars to mark the position of the radio tower - you will find it in the mountains between the hills.
In this mission, prepare for a lot of running and open combat with enemies. As soon as you destroy the tower, the timer will turn on - you will have 13 minutes to find and kill Rudnik. Use the rope next to you and descend to the ground below. You're equipped with an assault rifle and a sniper rifle, so you'll be efficient at any distance.
Try to move between the buildings as quickly as possible. Clear the buildings, starting with the one closest to the cliff you were on. Then head to the radar station, clear this building as well. It will turn out that your mission target is not here. Head back to the first building (parking lot). Eliminate everyone on the way and go inside the building. It will again turn out that Rudnik's not here. The last stop will be the bunker.
Clear your way the whole time through, take down soldiers with flare pistols and snipers first. Clear the bunker and head towards the steel door - break it open. Rudnik will try to hide behind the table, but you won't have much trouble dealing with him. After you're done, take a picture of his body. Leave the bunker and choose the most comfortable place to defend yourself from.
There is a rocky hill nearby, you can try out this location (there's a lot of covers). Throw a smoke grenade near your position and defend yourself from the enemy troops. At some point, you will be able to call for air support - use this and eliminate as many enemies as possible. Hold your position for a few minutes until the chopper lands. Get on board and the mission will be over.
