This chapter of the guide to Breathedge describes was of acquiring new blueprints to craft items using the processor.

In Breathedge, crafting new items is an integral part of the gameplay. You will create tools, ship parts and food. In order to be able to craft new items, you need to know their blueprints and collect required parts. There are 3 ways to get the blueprints:

1. Getting new resources, items and materials - you can learn some simple blueprints just by taking a few things into your capsule,
2. As part of the story progression - some blueprints will be made available to you via the computer along with your progress in the game,
3. By scanning new items- this is the next stage of the game. When you acquire the scanner, you will be able to scan new objects (you will be informed that an object can be scanned when you hover over it with the mouse). In this way, you will be able to scan even entire elements of the station. For a list of items to scan, see the Blueprints chapter of the guide.

At the beginning, you will craft most of the basic items using the processor in your base, on the table.

To obtain the scanner in the earliest phase of the game, go to the part of the ship below your capsule. The entrance is blocked, but the scanner is to the right of the door.

By checking the scanner attached to the door, you'll get a blueprint of it. In this way, you will also unlock the door leading inside the ruins. Go back to the base and craft your first scanner.

You need pretty common materials to produce a scanner. Like other tools, scanner also has a stamina level so be prepared that soon you will have to produce another one.
