Nothing is Written | Field Manuals Battlefield 1 Guide

In this chapter you will find the description and location of all field manuals that can be obtained in the "Nothing is Written" campaign. Each collectible is additionally illustrated with a screenshot that makes finding it easier.
Hidden in Plain Sight
Manual #1
The first collectible in this mission is lying on rocks on the left side from where you start.
Manual #2
The second one is also nearby, also under the rocks.
Manual #3
The next manual is lying on a chest on the rocks, closer to the center of the fights.
Manual #4
Go southeast from where you found the previous collectible. Next to the tent there is the fourth collectible.
Manual #5
The last chest is hidden in the red train car that stands next to the crashed one. Walk inside after killing all the enemies.
Young Men's Work
Manual #1
Go to the right from where you start the mission. You will find a fire and many chests among which the field manual is hidden.
Manual #2
The next chest with a collectible is lying on the rocks, near the railways, far to the left side from where you start the mission.
Manual #3
The next manual is in the same building where you can find the commander, on the other side of the desert.
Manual #4
At the beginning of the city, on the right side from where the mission starts, you must enter the building on the right side of the main road. There, among the beds, the fourth chest is hidden.
Manual #5
From the same city you can see a water tower that's even more far away from the center of the map. Climb the ladder and take the fifth manual to your collection.
Hear the Desert
Manual #1
Go to the right at the beginning of the mission. You will see two lone buildings. In the one on the left you will find a chest with the field manual.
Manual #2
Go towards the water tower from this building. On your way there you can find the second secret near a rock.
Manual #3
Keep going towards the tower. Behind it you will find another chest hidden among the rocks.
Manual #4
Enter the city from the place where you found the previous collectible. When you see an antenna, enter the building on the left side. Inside it you will find the penultimate secret.
Manual #5
The next chest with the field manual is closer to the place where you start the mission. In the building on the left side (by looking from the center) there is a collectible hidden. If you followed the order and advice from the guide, then it is the last, 66th field manual.
