After a short conversation with Regina, unlock access to the lab by picking up a chess piece (Chessboard - Unlock Lab Access) and afterwards, head over to the desk and press the secret button. While you are in the elevator, point your retina at the scanner, in order to activate the lift, which will transport you to your destination. When you are already inside, talk to Lucius.

After the conversation with Lucius, look around the room. Your task is to find a new gadget, which is lying on the left side of the table (Table - Examine and Sticky Bomb - Examine). When you pick up the explosives, hide the table by picking the correct option (Table - Hide Gadgets).
