Trophy 1
The trophy is on the middle lever of the airship's foyer. There's a locked gate just to the south of the trophy. Use a remote hacking device on a console seen behind the gate (the password is FRICTION) to gain access to the collectible.
Trophy 2
The trophy is under the corridor connecting the foyer with the cargo hold and you must use a hatch in the floor in order to get to it. Locate a pressure plate, stand on it and choose a remote controlled batarang from the inventory. Throw the batarang and make it fly through an opening in front of the pressure plate. It must hit a question mark, because that will open a cage containing the trophy.
Trophy 3
The trophy is inside a small cage. Stand near it and use the remote hacking device to hack into the airship's stabilizer and to tilt it. This action should result in the large crates moving away and uncovering a grating. You can pull this grating to gain access to the collectible.
Trophy 4
Check the lower levels of the foyer. You should notice a cage hanging near the ceiling. Use the remote hacking device to hack into the airship's stabilizer and to tilt it. This action will fully uncover the cage. You may now use a remote electrical charge on the cage's generator to open it and then a grappling hook to get inside. You'll find a trophy here.
Trophy 5
Find a sphere with a trophy on a lower level of the foyer. Hack a nearby console using a remote hacking device (the password is GRADIENT) in order to release it. Keep using the remote hacking device to influence the airship's stabilizers and tilt it. The objective of this puzzle is to allow the sphere to keep moving so that eventually it reaches the bottom green hole.
Trophy 6
The trophy is on a lower level of the cargo hold. Go down there and proceed to the central part of the room. Use the remote hacking device here to unlock one of the crates and then tilt the airship so that two crates will move out of the way. Locate a ventilation shaft to the west of the collectible and use it to reach the trophy.
Trophy 7
The trophy is at the end of the corridor, near a computer terminal and a sentry turret.
Trophy 8
Check the corridor where the security turret was stationed. There's a hatch in the ceiling - use a grappling hook on it. Once you're in an area with a lot of red pressure plants use a line launcher. Don't ride to the very end, because you must eventually climb on a rope. Turn around and use the grappling hook two more times to reach upper ledges. The trophy is on the highest ledge.
Trophy 9
Find a weakened part of the ceiling and climb on top of a desk in order to disperse explosive gel. Detonate the gel and then start using the remote hacking device to begin tilting the airship. You must bring down a large crate from an upper level. Once this is done tilt the ship so that the crate keeps hitting a glass wall. The crate will eventually break through. Head inside the room and grab the trophy (use your batclaw).
Trophy 10
Use a grappling hook to get to a ledge found above the door of the upper corridor leading to the laboratory. Locate three green question marks and quickly hit them using your batarangs. Once you've done that a cage with the trophy will open - grab the secret using your batclaw.
Riddle 1
Check the lower eastern part of the laboratory and use an explosive gel to destroy one of the weakened walls. Find a cage with the albino monkey and scan the animal.
Trophy 11
Use a remote hacking device on a security panel (the password is BAMBOO). You must "cooperate" with an imprisoned monkey - by going left and right you will encourage the animal to follow Batman. In addition to that you must be using batarangs on the question mark to raise or lower shields. First off help the monkey in reaching the left pressure plate and then (before the time limit expires) guide it to the right pressure plate. You may now pick up the trophy from a nearby cage.

Use a remote hacking device on a security panel (the password is SIMIAN). You must "cooperate" with an imprisoned monkey - by going left and right you will encourage the animal to follow Batman. In addition to that you must be using batarangs on the question mark to raise or lower shields. Guide the monkey to a pressure plate. Once this is done find a trophy on the ceiling and grab it with a batclaw.

You must "cooperate" with two imprisoned monkeys - by going left and right you will encourage the animal sto follow Batman. The chimpanzees must stop on two different pressure plates. Use batarangs on the question marks to block the left passages so that the monkeys won't follow Batman anymore. Go left and grab the trophy with your batclaw.
Trophy 14
The trophy is in the north-eastern part of the biological engineering. All you have to do is use a voice synthesizer on the device by the door.
Riddle 2
Check the upper level in the northern part of the biological engineering. You must scan a magazine found on one of the tables.
Trophy 15
The trophy is under the stairs in the northern part of the biological engineering. You can gain access to this secret by using a freeze blast on a nearby pipe (the one with hot steam coming out of it).
Trophy 16
Explore the southern part of the biological engineering to find an entrance to a ventilation shaft. Use the shaft to reach a small room with the trophy. You must solve a simple puzzle here - use your remote electrical charge to power up three nearby generators. This will open the cage with the trophy.
Trophy 17
Use a remote hacking device on a security panel (the password is PRIMATES). You must "cooperate" with two imprisoned monkeys - by going left and right you will encourage the animal sto follow Batman. Trophy 18
The trophy is inside one of the cells in the quarantine zone. Find a computer terminal in the eastern part of the corridor and interact with it in order to open the cell.
Trophy 19
Use explosive gel to unlock access to a room with the trophy. Release the locks on the upper crates (remote hacking device) and til the airship so that they all move left. Use a grappling hook to get to the roof of this structure. Move the crates right (they will cover the hatch you've used a moment ago), activate the lock on the last crate and tilt the airship in the opposite direction. You can now use a new hatch and head down to the trophy.
Trophy 20
Use a voice synthesizer to unlock a side door. You must now use a remote hacking device to tilt the ship. A large crate will start moving, destroying sentry turrets along the way. The crate will fall out of the airship and land in the northern part of the Founders' Island. Glide over there, find a destroyed crate and collect the trophy.
Riddle 3
Check the western part of the airship and find a Bludhaven poster on one of the boards. You must scan it.
Trophy 21
Interact with a lever to open the airlock and stand on a pressure plate. Take interest in question marks seen in the distance on the airship alpha. You must use a remote controlled batarang and hit the first question mark from the right when all of the question marks are active.
The crate is near trophy number 4.

1 Trophy 1

The above screenshot presents the map of the interiors of two Stagg Blimps, in the North-Western part of the Founders' Island. At first, it is impossible to access the airships, because you o not have the gadgets necessary for that. Therefore, you need to wait until you have made enough progress into the main storyline and received new gadgets.
