The trophy is in the evidence room. Approach a glass case and break it using one of the melee attacks.

1 – Riddle 1
Go to the interview room located in the northern part of the GCPD. Jack Ryder works here and that's where you'll have to perform a scan to solve the riddle.
2 – Riddle 2
Go to the main room of the precinct. You must perform a scan of the desk where officer Cash is working.
3 – Riddle 3
Go to the communications room of the precinct. You will find a board here with three pictures (they show the Arkham Knight, Scarecrow and Deathstroke). Important info - all the photos will appear on the board some time after you've started completing side missions tied to Deathstroke.

The above screenshot presents the map of the interior of the Gotham Police Station, i.e. one of the main locations on Bleake Island. You visit this location multiple times, while completing the game's main storyline, and it takes place for the first time at the beginning of the campaign mode. In here, there are no opponents, because all of the criminals are locked up.
