You have to speak with Katheera to get a drink for Robel.

You can unlock this quest by speaking with Robel. The man can be found at the entrance to the Three Old Kegs inn (M3,3). The man is encouraging the nearby people to visit the inn and will ask you to bring a beverage for his dry throat. If you want to help him, get inside the inn and look for Katheera (the woman can be found on the ground floor of the inn). Convince her that Robel deserves something to drink. After Katheera agrees to your pleas, get back to Robel and tell him that the drink is on its way. You will be given 30 gold for your effort.

Corpse Disposal

Search for the corpse at the backyard of the inn. - Side Quests in the Three Old Kegs | Three Old Kegs - Three Old Kegs - Baldurs Gate: Siege of Dragonspear Game Guide
Search for the corpse at the backyard of the inn.

In order to begin this quest, head to the backyard of the inn and look for corpse lying on the wagon (M3,4). Speak with Kaitleen standing right next to the wagon and you will learn that the deceased one is her cousin. She will tell you that she lacks 15 gold to organize a proper burial for her relative. You can give the money to the woman or question her story. If you've chosen the latter, you will learn that the corpse belongs to her husband, who died in an accident. You can promise not to tell anyone about the revelation, or blackmail the woman and demand payment for keeping your mouth shut. If you choose the latter, you will receive 85 gold from Kaitleen.

Bar Fight

The best option is to convince the men to cease the fight. - Side Quests in the Three Old Kegs | Three Old Kegs - Three Old Kegs - Baldurs Gate: Siege of Dragonspear Game Guide
The best option is to convince the men to cease the fight.

This quest will be automatically unlocked soon after you reach the ground floor of the inn (M3,5). A brawl between Lucilla and Autinn, the captains of two different ships will initiate. The bartender called Natrin Bellowglyn will ask you to intervene. You can cause the following:

  • You can let sides fight themselves. Afterwards, you can search through the corpses and collect valuable items.
  • You can persuade the sides to cease the fight and walk away. If you're successful, speak with the bartender who will offer you 200 gold as a reward for your accomplishment. You can either take the gold, or tell the man to keep it (the latter will increase your reputation).
  • Side with Lucilla and attack Autinn. You will receive a Mace as a reward.
  • Side with Autinn and attack Lucilla. You will receive a Scimitar as a reward.

Meeting of the Minds

You can blackmail the aristocrats. - Side Quests in the Three Old Kegs | Three Old Kegs - Three Old Kegs - Baldurs Gate: Siege of Dragonspear Game Guide
You can blackmail the aristocrats.

You can unlock this quest by going to the highest floor of the inn. There's a group of aristocrats (Lady Araya, Lord Maxwell, Lord Therton) located in a room adjacent to the stairs (M3,10). You can eavesdrop on the conversation between them and learn that they conspire against the Grand Council. A conversation will initiate as soon as you enter the room. You can decide to kill the aristocrats - the encounter will be an easy one, and you will be able to beat them on your own. Don't forget to loot their corpses - you can find a large sum of money and some valuable items there.

The aristocrats can also be blackmailed - you can demand their belongings for keeping your mouth shut and not telling the guards, or the council about their intentions. This way you will receive 600 gold and a number of magical items - a Dagger, Boots and a Cape.

If you want the aristocrats arrested, inform Corwin about the situation. - Side Quests in the Three Old Kegs | Three Old Kegs - Three Old Kegs - Baldurs Gate: Siege of Dragonspear Game Guide
If you want the aristocrats arrested, inform Corwin about the situation.

The most interesting method of completing this quest is tricking the group of aristocrats into believing that you share their views. You can make it happen by telling them that you're not a puppet and you make your own decisions. The aristocrats will send you to find Eldric. Ignore the task and head back to the ground floor, near the entrance to the inn (M3,3) to find Schael Corwin. Inform her about the plot - you will be asked for assistance in arresting the traitors.

Get back to the room with the aristocrats. Lead the conversation in such a way that the traitors speak their intensions again, this time with the guards waiting outside the room listening to everything. Start off by informing them that Eldric sent a messenger and that you must continue the meeting without him. Convince them to reveal that they are plotting against the Dukes of the Ground Council. Corwin should soon enter the room, arresting the group of traitors. You will receive experience points and a rare gem for your efforts.

What? Get Out!

Delanda can summon her bodyguard - intimidate or kill the man. - Side Quests in the Three Old Kegs | Three Old Kegs - Three Old Kegs - Baldurs Gate: Siege of Dragonspear Game Guide
Delanda can summon her bodyguard - intimidate or kill the man.

This quest doesn't appear in your journal - it will be added to the personal diary of the main character. However, you should complete it, as it will reward you with several hundred experience points. Look for Delanda's room, located on the highest floor of the inn (M3,11). You will be asked to leave the room after a short conversation. You can agree to that, or do the complete opposite - by being aggressive towards the woman, or not leaving the room. After a short while she will summon her bodyguard, Bartleby.

During the conversation you can intimidate the guard - if you're successful, he will leave the room. Delanda will soon do the same, allowing you to freely plunder her room for valuables (such as, for instance, gems). An alternative solution is to force a fight with her guard. Fortunately for you, he's not much of a challenge. After the encounter, Ithtyl Calantryn will storm into the room and demand explanation. Refrain from selecting aggressive dialogue options, as it will only lower your reputation. Tell the person you're talking to that you have to defend yourself after Delanda's bodyguard attacked you.
