Horde Mode - what is it?
Horde Mode is simply a game mode in which players have to fight increasingly larger and more difficult opponent waves while cofined to a small map.
Each new wave of enemies is more powerful than the previous one. Your task is to hold out as long as possible. One cycle means 10 waves. To win, you need to hold out for one cycle.
If you managed to survive this far, you'll receive credits for which you can buy items that will help you during further combat. There is a item locker on the battlefield. You can interact with it to obtain new items/rewards.
Moreover, when it comes to items, sometimes defeated Xenos leave medkits that are vital to your survival.
Horde Mode - how to unlock?
Horde mode is not available at the beginning of the game. You need to complete all four story campaigns (12 missions in total) on any difficulty level before you can partake in Horde Mode. . .
Rewards
By winning Horde Mode matches, players receive credits that can be spent on weapons, perks, or even emotes and weapon skins. Moreover, you receive cosmetic items for each completed cycle (10 waves).
