You can find out about the opportunity to take part in this operation by hacking the phone of one of the informants (who are represented by orange icons on the map of the city). This way, you will find out about a gamer who is hiding under the nickname Pr0-Lapz, who is practicing so-called swatting, which revolves around setting SWAT teams on streamers he does not like. Head in the direction of the building marked on the map, where Pr0-Lapz lives. After reaching your destination you will have to get to the roof and you can start the climb, e.g. in the location shown in the picture above. Hack into the box on the roof and you will gain access to one of the cameras in his apartment.
The game will offer you complete freedom of choice here. You can take revenge on Pr0-Lapz or do nothing and wait for his session to end. If you decide to act, begin by hacking into the phone in order to call the police.
After you dial the emergency number, hack the e-cigarette on the left in order to simulate the sound of gunshots. Hack the camera in the plushy to change the perspective. You can break into the router to cause connection pauses. At the end it is worth hacking Pr0-Lapz's computer in order to scare him.
