| If you want the Black Hand Robe and Black Hand Hood early or without finishing the Dark Brotherhood quests, grab a lot of lockpicks or a skeleton key, and head down to the lower level (not the basement) of J'Ghastas house. In the corner there will be a barrel on a stand locked very hard. Pick it and you can take the Robe and Hood. Not really anything else of value in her house though.
