Tutorial  (52/109)

Your great adventure kicks off in a cell. Wait for the Emperor and his guards to come. When they tell you to back off from the door, stand by the window. Follow the rest through the secret passage. Don’t engage into combat, the guards will do just fine without your help. You’ll find a decent blade and a torch when you search the body of the guard that dies. When you reach the end of this level, you’ll be left alone. Defeat some rats and go through a hole in the wall. Look around, you’ll find some useful stuff here – lockpicks, a bow, an armor and some weaponry. Search the dead goblin’s body to get yourself a key and use it to go through the door.

Cross the dungeon fighting those rats (one zombie will make his appearance as well). Try to get all the items, in this stage of the game everything is noticeably valuable. You’ll reach Natural Caves, where rats will be replaced by goblins. There’s a mortar near the entrance, handy if you want to start training Alchemy. In a big room you’ll encounter a few enemies (including one priest with a fancy staff). When you pull the stone hanging on a rope, you’ll unlock the rat pen below.

You’ll meet back the Emperor’s team on the next level. Uriel will ask you about your birthsign – it’s one of the points when you continue to create your character. Choose wisely and follow the rest. Eventually, you’ll be left alone with the Emperor. He’ll give you the Amulet of Kings and tell you to take it to Jauffre, Blades’ grandmaster. Seconds later, Cyrodiil’s respectable rules meets his end. Talk to Baurus. You can now choose your character’s class. He’ll tell you to find Jauffre In Weynon Priory near Chorrol. But first, you must get out of here through the sewers. Go through the secret passage that the assassin used, and open the door using Baurus’ key.

Cross the water and go up the stairs, head for the exit. At the end, you’ll be able to review the character creation process and make some changes if you want to.

I found out one more when you choose your sign go ahead after the blade unlocks the go to the chest and throw a fireball or shoot the mystic dawn member if you have the diffuculty high enough he souldn't die stand near the edge. you should get hit without him coming up by you. Sorry i can't upload pictures.

i figured out a couple glitches and hints when they come to your cell if your sneaking out of sight captin renault will still see you. *GLITCH* when captin renault dies before that run ahead there are two stairs there is a thing seperating them jump on it go to the platform you should see a door thats where the mythic dawn come out wait by there they should pass by you without attacking. *HINT* when you get to the part where there is a wire past that is a goblin you can ether shoot the wire (if you're a good shot) or run up trip the wire and wait for the goblin to get hit. *HINT* when you get to the room with three goblins and a goblin shamin you can sneak to the rock connected to the rope and ether have the goblin kill the rats or rats kill the goblin. when you get back with the group as you come out it freezes for one second (If not tell me 'cause mine does). *GLITCH* you can pickpocket Baurus with him doing anything if you steal his septiams the sound will happen but you won't get any septiams. lastly *GLITCH* kill the two rats and goblins there is stairs in one of the rooms go up them open the gate there is another rat but don't kill it yet walk in front and around it's like it's blind it won't attack. then leave and you're done! OH YEAH!

Real noob question - after finishing the stage in which you escape the jail with King (The first training stage), can you revisit the cave to retrieve all the goodies?

Assassin lion - You take the sword from the Mythic dawn agent as well as the Katana from Cpt Renaud -that's the one that Baurus takes from you. The other sword you can use, and enchant later if you want.

you cant move anything without putting it in your inventory, and all you have to do to be a theif but have a good blade and destruction or other magic skill is choose which 5 theivery skills are most important to you (dont choose sneak, i'll explain in a minute, but choose things like security and light armor, and mercantile, things like that) , then choose blade as one and then a magic skill as the last. and about sneak, to get it up high WITHOUT choosing it as your major skill, just go up to a wall in the same area as someone, prefurably in the begining with baurus, then go into sneak mode, make sure its not lit up, cuz then it wouldnt work, then press the toggle-run key, then you'll be sneaking and the skill will go up. but you HAVE to be near someone for it to work.
