Blue dots are the locations of all courier missions. Your objective here will to be to take a package containing illegal substances and deliver it to an extraction point. There are two things you should be worried about – a certain time limit and police patrols. It’s going to be much easier to finish all of these tasks within given time, mostly because there’s going to be plenty of it. Avoiding squad cars, however, will require you to stay low. This means that you won’t be allowed to hit civilian cars, because you would have initiated a police pursuit. Also, I’d strongly recommend choosing a car that’s easy to drive, so you’ll be able to avoid traffic without having to slow down too much. Choosing a vehicle from A-B classes (Ascari, Enzo...) seems like a good idea. There are 20 courier challenges on the game map.
