How to obtain:

Go to the Ruins Encampment base camp in Geothermal Valley. Then, climb up the stairs, nearly opposite the campfire.

Then, climb up and go a bit to the left, by the peak of the mountain and walk past the red piece of cloth attached to the wall to your right.

A bit ahead, walk into the ruins, where you can jump off the platform onto the tree branch, and then towards the destroyed dome.

While in the corner of the ruins, you need to jump over into the center, to get to the spot shown in the screenshot. You do this by jumping near the wall and turning right, in the mid-jump. This should get you to the right spot.

Finally, jump over to the projecting wall fragment on the left, where there is a chair. Interact with the chair to obtain the achievement.
