How to obtain:

In Soviet Installation and Geothermal Valley, there are locals that can task you with missions. These are optional ones, you do not need to complete them to push the story forward, but they provide you with bonuses to your experience and with gear (e.g. the lockpick). You receive this achievement after you complete three out of the eight missions (there are four in each of the abovementioned locations) that the locals task you with.
