Head to the building on the left. Go through it, taking the Empty Bottle and the ammo from the crate. In the next bigger room, watch out for a single enemy. You will find some ammo here and an open book lying on the table (Note). In the room behind the yellow door on the left, you will find Red Herb and a Kafka Drawing on the wall (to the right of the entrance).
Go to the Butchery. At the end of the room, there is a big enemy shooting fire from the "cauldron". You can skip him for now by walking to the next part of the building. However, it is good to kill him right away. During the battle, first kill the weaker enemies and then deal with the main opponent. If you can lure him near the exploding barrel, it will make things much easier. Aim for the head and hide behind the pillars to defeat the enemy quickly. After the fight, go to the last corridor on the right. As you go, in the place where the carcasses are, you will find a crate for Moira with a bag (for Claire - it increases the inventory capacity). Look inside the blue container near the door - you will find a Tower Emblem inside.
You will reach the room that you can see in the picture above. Have Claire stand near the lever and as Moira, go past the blades and take the key from the last one in the middle. Then, quickly switch to Claire and pull the lever to open the door. Return to Moira and (you have to crouch), move along the wall beneath the spinning blades. With the key, go back to the main part of the Butchery, where you will open a large door.
Note: If you want to find a Rare Parts Box, you need to go through this part of the game in a slightly different way. Allow both Claire and Moira to go inside and take the key. When the blades start spinning, crouch and go near the platform on the left. When the gate is closed (you have to go inside with both of the characters), you will be able to lift Moira up. As Moira, quickly destroy the crate (random item) and open the blue box behind the barrier. Take the item (Rare Parts Box) and jump down. Pull the lever and open the gate. Then, as Claire, quickly run out - the blades will be moving so you don't have much time on the upper level.
When inside, go past the container (a Sapphire on the platform, 500 PP) and destroy several crates on the other side. GO inside the room on the left, where you will find another two crates and one extra box, for Moira (a Parts Box inside). Now, it is best to leave Moira in the room with the lever and as Claire, stand above the container. Move the lever so that the chunk of meat hangs over the machine after it's lowered (release the lever when the meat is above the platform and then it will stop exactly near the container - just like in the picture above). As Claire, shoot the pig and the level of blood inside will rise. Repeat this four times (at the third time, two enemies will enter the room) and the second part of Liver Replica will pop outside. Take it and go back to the main square, to the Prometheus sculpture.
One simple hint - don't fight, just run. There will be too many opponents, among them a few strong ones. First, go past the fat guy (go for the left side) and head to the stairs, dodging the enemy with the axe. A few more enemies will approach you - run STRAIGHT, because if you turn left, the gate will close before you. Reach a room with a red barrel and turn left, into a large hall where you can find the exit. It is note a very heroic tactic, but if you use sprint and dodges properly - it is very effective.
Place the two parts of liver inside the sculpture and step back, because Prometheus will explode. Inside, in the room on the left, you will find Green Herb and Handgun P10 lying on the barrels (it is better than what you have now). In the crate, you will find a random item. Leave the corridor and go to the next room. At the end, go up the stairs and open the gate.
