After taking control of the vehicle, drive ahead for a while. Then, start following the marked vehicles. Once you reach the destination, a short cutscene will start - once it is over, drive to Jeet.
You will be driving near the Vantage outpost - search it in order to find 2x Scrap and a History relic. You can also use the balloon to uncover part of the territory. Then go straight to Jeet's stronghold (you can be attacked by single enemies on your way).
Once you're in the fortress, talk with Jeet, and then with Chum. Collect the mechanism for the sniper rifle and install it in the vehicle. Test the new weapon outside, destroy three gas bottles with it. Then, switch to driver seat and drive to the marked location.
Once you get close, switch seats with Chum and use the sniper rifle to kill two snipers on the lighthouse at the left side of the complex. Then, drive towards the entrance and use the ladder to get above. Go to the end of the path. Walk down the ladder if you want to collect some Scrap. Then turn right, to the main part of the location.
There you will be attacked by an enemy with a shield. The tactic to deal with him is very simple - dodge before his attack and then quickly hit his back. You can also help yourself with shotgun and destroy his shield. After defeating the opponent, don't forget about picking his weapon up, it will make it much easier to defeat the new enemies. Finally, search the place - you will find some water, 2x Scrap and, in the right corner, a History relic. After you collect the items, go up.
On the way to the top (collect sniper rifle ammunition) it is a good idea to go to the bottom of the lighthouse where you will find Scrap. The mission will end when you will walk towards the edge at the top of the lighthouse and then return to Chumbucket - use the rope to reach previously unavailable platform, where you can take the last piece of Scrap and kick the ladder down, thus unlocking the passage.
