This game guide to Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning and to the remastered version of the game, that is, Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning, is a comprehensive compendium of knowledge which contains detailed information about the titles developed by the 38 Studios. Our guide will help you complete the main campaign of the game and discover all its secrets.

Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning: Guide content

Our game guide has been divided into three main chapters. All of them contain detailed descriptions of five lands that can be visited during the main campaign of the game - Dalentarth, Plains of Erathell, Detyre, Klurikon and Alabastra. In each aforementioned chapter, you can find detailed descriptions and walkthroughs of all primary missions and side quests. Descriptions of individual quests explain where you can unlock particular mission, how to complete subsequent quest objectives, how to meet with specific NPCs, and how to win battles against common opponents and bosses. Our walkthrough is enriched by numerous screenshots, pictures and maps of visited in-game locations, which should make it easier to find and complete every quest.

In addition to the walkthrough section of our guide, every description of the in-game lands contains important pages about the lorestones. These rocks allow you to permanently increase hero stats. You can find out where you should search for lorestone boulders, as well as what statistics bonuses are provided for collecting each set. Our game guide also offers a world atlas with dozens of maps, which depict all major lands and their most important locations. We have marked important places on the maps, among other things, locations associated with completing quests.

Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning is an action RPG that was originally released in 2012. The game received a remaster in 2020 - Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning. In the game, we move to the titular fantasy land and play as a character who was resurrected during an experiment associated with the so-called Soul Well. This game offers many battles with demanding opponents and a lot of exploration of the open-ended world. We can develop our character as well as improve his equipment.

Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning: Quick Beginner's Guide

Below are some short, useful tips - Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Game Guide & Walkthrough

Below are some short, useful tips.

  1. Often save the game. The main purpose of this is to protect yourself from making a bad decision during a quest, playing a big battle the wrong way or getting caught breaking the law.
  2. Use Reckoning Mode frequently. It slows time a bit. Thus, it can be considered as a bullet-time. This ability will help you in all difficult fights, including boss fights.
  3. You don't have to develop your character in one particular playing style. You can combine skills representing different playing styles. Also, you can reset your abilities if you come to the conclusion that you have misspent skill points.
  4. Remember about medical supplies. They can save your hero in any difficult battle. Potions can be purchased from traders. Also, they can be crafted or found in the game world.
  5. Don't forget to repair your equipment regularly. You need to restore your equipment's durability on a regular basis - use repair kits or visit blacksmiths.
  6. Thoroughly explore all new regions. This will allow you to find quest givers and discover such valuable items like Lorestones.
  7. Develop your lockpicking skills to loot more chests. Chests may have a magical protection. They also may require a lockpick. You'll find valuable loot in every locked chest.

More tips and some extended hints are available in a separate section of our guide Beginner's Guide.
