The following table shows the profitability and yields of arable crops in Farming Simulator 19. Keep in mind that both the prices (highest recorded market prices on medium difficulty) and harvest volume per hectare may be subject to error. The data on the harvest height represent the highest possible volume, e.g. from field of maximum productivity (ploughed, limed, weed-free harvest, after double fertilization).

*The price represents the highest recorded market value of the product (except for "High Demand") on medium difficulty. Purchase prices at low difficulty are 30% higher; at high - 50% lower. All data should be taken as approximate values, acquired by experimentation.

1. As you can see, the most profitable crop is corn, converting it into chopped straw and obtaining silage for sale in the Biogas Plant. However, ensuring maximum productivity for a large (even 1 ha) field requires expensive equipment.
2. The second and third place is held by sugarcane and sugar beet respectively. In both cases, the plants generate huge yields, which requires the use of large and expensive trailers. When you invest a lot of money in a good harvester, you can harvest sugar beet faster than sugarcane, but you don't have to plant the latter... The choice is up to you.
