After that the game moves to GCPD's armory.
There, you have to participate in a long fight during which you have to press buttons displayed on the screen. There are a few situations where you can make a choice (like in the picture above). However, these decisions have no impact on the ending of the fight - you lose, regardless of your choices.
You now have to call Gordon or Waller for help. Depending on your choice you will hear a slightly different dialog.
