Side Quests in Coast Way Forest BG: Siege of Dragonspear Guide

In Coast Way Forest, there is only one quest to unlock, described below. It is worth mentioning however, that the side-quest Halfling Treasures is connected with Isabella and Ikros, which could be added when in Coast Way Crossing (M7,3).
Isabella and Ikros
In order to unlock this quest, you have to reach the northern encampment (M8,2), where you can find Isabella and Ikros. After a short conversation, you will find out that these people are hunting a vampire, and you can help them complete their task. Express readiness to join their group, and after a moment, a vampire, Tsolak, will show up in the camp. During the conversation, you have to choose the dialogue options leading to the fight with the vampire.
The Tsolak encounter is very similar to the fights with other vampires. You have to be aware that he is able to drain life from the party members. This is not the end of the problems, because after a moment, a wolf pack will join the fight. During those encounters, try to take care of the weaker party members, because they can become a target of few wolves.
Tsolak will use the occasion, and run from the battle, but this is not a big problem. Talk again with Isabella and Ikros, who will give you a Wooden Stake. Embark during the day (if needed, use the rest option) in the direction of the cave located in the north-western corner of the map (M8,4) and be sure to use the services of a thief, in order to disarm the four traps before the cave. After entering the Tsolak's hideout, go to the coffin, and use the stake on it, to kill the monster. Now you can return to the quest givers. You will receive gold and experience, or additionally a Shield, necessary for the side-quest Halfling Treasures from Coast Way Crossing (M7,3).
Alternative solutions:
The following task can be finished in two different ways. The first is to provoke Isabella and Ikros to engage the player's party, by choosing aggressive dialogue options. After the start of the battle, begin with Ikros, so he won't use so many spells. After the encounter, search the remains of the defeated duo, and take the magic items, including the above-mentioned shield, connected to another side-quest.
The second way is similar, but this time you have to wait until the vampire Tsolak shows in the encampment. Then, you can ally with the vampire, and with its help, murder Isabella and Ikros. After the victorious battle, you will receive thanks from the vampire, and it will ask you to wait until his Messenger will arrive. As with the first way, don't forget to collect the valuable items from the remains. After you reach the camp in Troll Claw Woods (M9,1), the main hero will be accosted by the Messenger. You will receive a valuable broach (Trollblood Ioun Stone)
