Shard is above the fishing nets

SHARD 1/8 - First shard can be found at the beginning. Don't use the fishing nets to get to the single guard, instead climb on the highest ledge with the secret.

Run through the beam to reach the secret

SHARD 2/8 - Second shard can be found not far after the first one. After you kill the guard near the fishing nets, go right. Look around for a wooden beam that leads to the background (it can be easily missed). There you will find the secret.

After you finish climbing, go left

SHARD 3/8 - Third shard can be obtained after you complete another climbing with the fishing nets. After reaching the highest ledge don't go right, instead pick the left side.

Shard can be found at the top of the mast

SHARD 4/8 - Fourth shard can be found further in the level. It is located on the top of the mast on which you must climb before flames reach your assassin. Visiting the top of the mast is mandatory so you can't miss this secret.

Secret can be found after passing through masts on the burning ship

SHARD 5/8 - Fifth shard can be obtained after passing through masts on the burning ship (where you have gained the fourth shard). After making the last long jump you will land on a ledge precisely above the secret so all that you need to do is walk down.

Shard is near the burning objects

SHARD 6/8 - Sixth shard can be found not far after the leap of faith and leaving the burning ship. After murdering the guard pick the lower beam and move to the first plan. Then turn left and move in that direction until you reach the secret.

You can defeat the guards or jump to the secret

SHARD 7/8 - Seventh shard is in the territory guarded by few guards. Two of them are very close to the secret. You can fight them if you want, but a better option is to wait for them to position themselves in the good way and make a long jump to the secret. After getting the shard you should load last checkpoint and pick an alternative road to the mission target (completely avoiding combat).

Pick the shard after using the rope dart

SHARD 8/8 - Eight shard can be obtained after passing through a group of guards near the seventh shard. Go right until you reach the spot where Shao Jun can use rope dart to reach further plan. After doing it you will find yourself on the right from the shard.
