This chapter contains a list of the recommended abilities and skills found in Yakuza 6.

1. Combo speed. A basic skill - faster attacks will be utilized throughout the whole game.
2. Boost EXP Gain. Increases the amount of gained experience. A very useful ability - be sure to develop all the available fields.
3. Boost Hunger Gauge. Increases the maximum capability of the hunger gauge. Very useful - you can eat bigger meals and receive more experience.
4. Boost Digestion. Kiryu becomes hungry faster and receives more experience through eating. A valuable skill.
5. Quick Recovery. Your character stands up faster. Very useful.
6. Double/Triple Quickstep. A great ability that increases your mobility in combat.
7. Charge Attack. In my opinion one of the best abilities in the whole game. Kiryu performs a roundhouse kick that not only deals much damage but topples opponents. This skill allows you to win almost any encounter or eliminate a few opponents at once.
8. Collateral Damage. As the time progresses, you'll be facing more and more opponents at once - this ability will facilitate the encounters.
9. Boost Heat Actions. Increases the damage of attacks that utilize the Heat Gauge. Very useful, especially during boss encounters.
10. Boost Heat Orbs. Increases the capacity of Heat Orbs. Will definitely prove to be useful in further chapters.
11. Essence of Tiger Crash. A great Heat Action that enables you to deal a lot of damage to two targets at once.
