In the fourth mission, you can find as many as 27 items - 1 map, 1 upgrade set, 8 concept arts, 7 starcards and 10 readables.
Map #1
The map of this location can be found in Set's workshop - it's on one of the tables, near some papers.
Starcard #1 - Peter Gully
The first starcard you will find on the main deck of the ship, in one of the quarters.
Readable #1 - Happy Birthday
You will the first readable find in Max' room - it's marked with an M on the map.
Starcard #2 - Izabelle Williams
The second starcard is in the central part of the ship's main deck - right next to this woman sitting in an armchair.
Readable #2 - Set's Note
You will find the second Readable in Set's workshop.
Concept art #1 - Ausmerzer
The first concept art can also be found in Set's workshop - you will find it in the green locker.
Readable #3 - Unknown Nazi Scientist's Note
Readable number three, which you can find in Set's workshop. Look at the location map - this readable is located almost in the same spot, where the hammer icon is.
Readable #4 - Set's Diary
The next Readable you will find right after the last one (#3), also in Set's workshop - a journal, which you're looking for, is on one of the desks.
Readable #5 - Caroline's Note
Readable number can be found in Set's workshop as well - the note from Caroline is right next to Set, whom you have to visit as part of a main quest.
Starcard #3 - Oskar Oathgrove
The third starcard you will find on the ship's main deck, on the bridge - it's lying on a desk (see above).
Readable #6 - Irene Engel
This readable is in the same room as the third death card - it's one of the photographs.
Readable #7 - Caroline's Journal
Readable number seven is in Caroline's quarter - the item, which you're looking for, is hidden near the bed, behind the red curtain.
Readable #8 - Juna's Postcard
The next readable is near the last one (#7) - the post card is on the table, next to the bed.
Starcard #4 - Al Sanchez
The fourth starcard is on a lower deck (one level down from the level you begin on). You can get there using the stairs. The item is hidden at the end of the corridor, inside one of the lockers, next to the guard sitting there with a gun.
Concept art #2 - Wheel Chair Ride
The second concept art of this mission is in the northern end of the ship (right next to the entrance to the tunnel, in which the drone related to a main objective is located).
Readable #9 - Set's Note
The ninth readable is located above Set's workshop - a steel staircase can lead you there.
Concept art #3 - Eva's Hammer Interior
The third concept art of this mission can be found near readable #9 - you will find it above Set's workshop as well.
Concept art #4 - Eva's Hammer
The next concept art is located in the Kreisau club - the item is on a loudspeaker next to a pile of pillows.
Concept art #5 - Section F Entrance and Pump Room
The next concept art is also in the Kreisau club - look in the south-west end of the room.
Readable 10 - Father Jacque's Letter
The tenth readable you will find in Kreisau club just as well - check the north-west end, on a desk.
Readable #11 - General Engel Destroys American Terrorist Hideout
The eleventh - and the last in this mission - readable you will find at the Helm - a newspaper is on a desk, on the left side of the room.
Concept art #6 - Section F
This concept art you will find near the last readable (#11) - climb the ladder and collect it from the boxes.
Starcard #5 - Tommy Death
The penultimate starcard in this mission you will find in a vent shaft - you can get there for example from the same place, where the last concept art (#6) was located.
Upgrade kit #1
This upgrade kit can be found during a main quest. After reaching the spot where you encounter the drone for the first time, search the room thoroughly - there will be a crate lying on the ground.
Concept art #7 - The Ausmerzer
The penultimate concept art can be found when chasing the drone (during a main quest). When you first see the drone, it will flee to the shooting range - run one level down, shoot the robot a few times and wait until it starts running again. Follow it, and around the middle of the room, check out the crate on the left - there will be the concept art.
Starcard#6 - Arcade
The last starcard of this mission you will find on the ship's first floor, in the Kreisau club - the card is hidden beneath the table, in the northern part of the room.
Concept art #8 - The Silberfisch
The last concept art, and actually the only one properly hidden. Locate the stairs leading to level 2 (they lead to a locked door); however, don't take the stairs! Jump over the rail and into a pipe on the left. Proceed through the pipeline and at the end you will find the concept art.
