On this page of our guide to Wolfenstein: Youngblood you will find a detailed description of Rescue Marianne side mission. As part of this task, you need to visit a hospital in Little Berlin and liberate Marianne, who is imprisoned by the Nazis.

Who's commissioning the mission: Talk to Anais Fontaine at the catacombs - resistance's hiding place.

Mission difficulty level: This is one of the simplest side tasks available right after your first visit to the catacombs.

Use the subway network to move to the Little Berlin district. Set the described mission to active and follow the instructions on the mini-map. The destination is the hospital shown in the picture above.

The area around the hospital is guarded by opponents, including Diesel Supersoldat. In addition, the commandant may be hiding above the main entrance to the hospital.

In the same place where the commandant was located, there is a laser stand from the above picture. Use it if an alarm has been triggered, as new enemies will appear in the square and Supersoldats may be among them.

You can sneak into the hospital or enter the building after the outdoor battle is over. As you cross hospital sections, you can silently eliminate enemies or defeat them in open battles - use the numerous side rooms to avoid bullets and flank your enemies. Grenades can also be helpful in small, cramped locations.

Ultimately, the sisters need to reach two levers. Pulling them will open the blinds. You will see the room on the lower floor where Marianne is imprisoned.

Continue to break through to the rear of the building, expecting at least one Supersoldat. You'll find the stairwell and you can go down to the basement.

Navigate (probably) through an empty corridor to the point where you have to pull a lever will disable the power supply to the operating room.

You don't have to do anything else. You can stand by the glass and watch the events - Marianne will take advantage of the confusion and get rid of the scientists. You will receive a big thanks from her and the mission will end.
