This page of our gudie to Wolfenstein: Youngblood provides some hints about silver coins and what you can actually buy with them. As a reminder, they are the main currency in the game and they let you buy many valuable items.
If you want to find out where to look for silver coins, check a separate chapter called - How to get silver coins? of our guide.
We advise you to spend your money on weapons upgrades. You can install several different upgrades on each weapon, which can, for example, improve the damage dealt and the accuracy of attacks. Each upgrade usually costs several hundred coins. You can buy them one by one, but at the beginning of the game you may have only partially upgraded weapons at first.
More information about installing upgrades can be found on a separate chapter of our guide - Weapon Development and Upgrades.
Another equally interesting application for coins is buying Pep Signal, which has a form of new combat shouts. As a reminder, every shout has a regenerative, protective or supportive effect. It can, for example, restore some of your health, armor or give you a double damage bonus. Moreover, battle shouts can be extended to both sisters if they are close to each other at the time of activation. Better shouts can cost even more than 1000 coins, but they can offer better bonuses.
We have described battle shouts in more detail on a separate page of our guide - Pep Signal Boost.
Another idea for spending cash is to buy boosters. They come in three varieties. They can temporarily double your ammo, health or armor. Each booster works for 10 minutes, so these may become supportive during raids that are long and challenging missions. This will ensure that you have spent your coins in the best possible way.
Silver coins also allow you to buy new armor skins. These may be skins of the main body armor or its headgear. This is the worst way to spend money due to cosmetic change of your appearance - it does not affect your stats or health points in any way. This also applies if you put on a helmet - it does not increase your defensive capabilities. Consider buying a skin only if you have already made the most important purchases and want to stand out from the crowd. But know that the most unique skins are the most expensive at the same time.
The situation is the same for weapon skins. They also do not affect the statistics of any of the guns, but they simply allow you to travel with an interesting looking weapon. Ignore these purchases if you still haven't purchased the most important weapon upgrades or battle shouts.
